Lisbon 17th International Conference on Bioscience, Biotechnology & Biomedical Engineering (B4E-27) scheduled on Aug. 25-27, 2027 Barcelona (Spain) is for the scientists, scholars, engineers and students from the Universities all around the world and the industry to present ongoing research activities, and hence to foster research relations between the Universities and the industry. This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The conference is sponsored by Universal Researchers in Science & Technology (URST). All the submitted conference papers will be peer reviewed by the program/technical committees of the Conference. 

All accepted papers of the conference will be published in the conference proceedings with valid International ISBN number that will be registered at: Portugal (EU) that will be provided at the time of the conference as the Softcopy on Flash Drive. Each Paper will be assigned Digital Object Identifier (DOI) from CROSSREF (USA). The proceedings will be Indexed in DOI-Crossref (USA) and can be indexed with the all the major search engines like Google Scholars, Google etc automatically. The proceedings of the Conference will be published by UR-CPS (Conference Publishing Services) and will be will be archived in the UR's Engineering & Technology Digital Library. The papers can be submitted to Emerging Sources Citation Index [THOMSON REUTERS] OR SCOPUS Indexed journals possible indexing with extra charges (the conference fee is compulsory to be paid)

 As per the resolution passed by Turkish Higher Education Council at the General Assembly dated March 03, 2019, an article published in the above journals can be included in the applications (declaration) for associate professorship since the journal falls under the clause of "Journals that charge fees -regardless of acceptance/rejection condition- during application".

- One Best Session Paper will be selected from each oral session. The Certificate for Session Best Papers will be awarded after each session of the conference

• *Paper Page Limit: Regular Papers: 7 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. You can purchase EXTRA PAGES 
• *Please note that one full author registration fee is must for the publication of a paper and above fee are the fee of Single delegate. Only the registered delegate is allowed to attend the conference. In case, coauthor like to attend then the co-author has to pay the co-author fee and that needs to be informed in advance.
• **This is applicable when the same author registers for Multiple papers and the single conference kit will be provided in that case. 
• Please note that the Proof of payment of fees must accompany all registration forms through email. Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is credited/received. The participant has to bear all bank charges (Local/Foreign/Intermediate) associated with the transfer of money.
